I was on a live chat asking about an item that hasn't come told to wait 7 more days waited the 7 days still did not come got back on live chat was told 3-5 more days ask for refund and phone # to call and JOHN ended the chat is there a phone # i can call to resolve this matter

You'll get polite "half way" English notes like the one above from EricDress. But you will NEVER receive your money back if you're lucky enough to receive some trashy merchandise. They're SCAMMERS. The worst. DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!

Dont buy the product shown in picture n the product u gonna receive will be vast difference. Will be worst product. Is not proper sites for online shopping

No. The site is a scam and this is how it works. Your goods never arrive or if they do they are such terrible quality they might as well not have done. Write off your loss and move on poorer but wiser.
