I need to return a shipment, but do not have a return address. Where do I ship the merchandise and how do I receive the refund?

I didn't return mine. I decided not to pay postage back to CHINA! Not worth it. I gave my bad quality and way too small stuff to a tiny person and cut my losses there. I will NEVER, EVER order from Eric Dress again. They wanted me to take my review offline and they would give me half back now and half when it gets back to China. NO WAY. My husband also ot ripped off by a Chinese company for sunglasses that were not packaged correctly and were broken. Now the company doesn't answer him. BE CAREFUL TO ORDER FROM U.S. ONLY! DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA! YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS ETHICALLY!

I received this return address through PayPal, as ericdress was not helpful at all regarding returns. If you have not used PayPal or another type of payment and used a credit card the contact the credit card agency and out it the amount into dispute. Hope this helps, I am sending the terrible dresses I bought back today and will be receiving a full refund from PayPal.

They won't refund you after you spend all that money sending it back to China! Buyer beware is all I can see. The disclaimer on return if you are not satisfied is a joke. Dishonest business practice..

Please write down the order number and your email address on a piece of paper and put in the parcel. When we receive the parcel, we will contact you. Also please kindly note that the parcel you send back should be claimed under $45. And please bear in mind that returned items must be in brand-new condition, un-used and with original packaging. If the returned item is unacceptable condition, we won't refund you.
