Well, I did a huge order more than a year ago and still not received the bigger part of it... and will probably never receive it. Customer service has been totally incompetent and unable to help although I sent them all they asked for, including screenshot of the tracking saying a mistake has been made in the shipping address (strange enough that they did not do the same mistake with the two others little packages sent before for the same order)... Will never do business with them again for sure and certainly recommend to look somewhere else. As my wife says: something the cheaper becomes really expensive!

Just don't buy eric dress is the simple answer!

It took 2 months for my order to arrive and the item was such poor quality it wasn't wearable. It looked as if they ran out of material while making it, and was not complete. Company refused to accept returns. Had to get help from paypal.

My product never even came so I tried to get my money back and that was a long stressful process. Don't buy from them.

Normally, expedited shipping is 2-5 days, standard shipping is 4-8 days and the super saving is slower than others. You can see the processing time for the products you need on the products page. Too long and u will not get any help from customer service. I would not recommend buying anything from this site. Ref to better business bureau.
