Hi I have looked for a dress worth 14$ and it was like free shipping once i gave it as buy by paypal after all proceeding it gave grand total as 21$.? 8 $ for shipping? Is it free shipping or not?

DO NOT ORDER FROM ERIC DRESS. COMPLETE RIP OFF! POOR QUALITY, SIZES ARE WRONG. AWFUL. FIND A U.S. COMPANY WITH ETHICS.

Clearly not. In my opinion however cheap the clothes they are a waste of money. Shop somewhere else.
