It's gonna take a few wks bfore ur order is actually shipped when it is u will get a tracking #

I never received a tracking number either. Hopefully yours are what you wanted because mine arn't and they wont refund. I paid over $100, they offered to pay me $20. Are you kidding?

Hope you don't need to really deal with their customer service department. They are the absolute worst!

You should have received a tracking number by mow. You may want to email. They are good about responding to email within 24 hours.

When I ordered they only gave me a order number. When I logged onto the website i clicked on view order and then strolled down the page and saw status, like shipped, pending, etc. I never got any tracking info only a text message from DHL stating that my order would be delivered the next day. They have an option on the site to send a message. Put your order number in the message and ask question. Unfortunately they don't call you like a professional business does then only send you back a message through their website. Good Luck with that I hope this helps you.
