Eric Dress has bad customer service. When it comes time for you to return something that you bought and was damaged upon receipt, they refuse to help you and they tell you that they cannot take back the return and they refuse to give you, your money back... So now Im stuck with a dress that can not wear due to the zipper was broken at the time I opened the package to put the dress on cuz i needed it for a wedding last week and long and behold the zipper was stuck it the top position and it wouldnt even go down so i couldnt even wear it. I have tried many different ways to work something out with them and they refuse to budge. I was trying to show you guys a picture but for some reason the system will not let me do so. So who ever you are be wery on what you buy and what you get.

BUYER BE AWARE OF WHAT YOUR GETTING AND ALSO CHECK THINGS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOU GET SCREWED

Check out the photos posted by other customers. Hopefully this company doesn't delete or hide my comment. They seem to be doing it with other people's comments. Customers have had difficulty getting their products at all, and those who have actually received their orders have had trouble getting refunds.
