A lot of customers are complaining about receiving wrong dress size and then asked to pay for shipping to return it - has your company policy changed since then?

In general, I am not happy with their customer service as well!
It seems that some items in their website needs a lot of time to be ready and send out!

Hello,

I live in France. 3 When i place an order to this website, i receive it 10/12 days after. Maybe you will receive your order 2 weeks after.
Remember to be very precised when you give your shipping address. (floor, number of the appartment when there's one, Country/state/city, postal code etc...) The more you give information about your shipping cost, the faster you receive your order.

Good morning: I did not have to wait very long for my order to arrive, approximately 3 weeks, but the entire order was wrong. As I stated please be careful with this company, as they will ask you to falsify the value of the returns for duty purposes, sizing is consistently either too small or too large and you have to wait a long period of time to get any type of reply and or refund on your purchase. If you notice on Eric dress replies it is the same response each time they answer a question about their products. Returning products to China is extremely expensive and there is no guarantee that you will get a full refund on your purchase. Also leaving negative feedback - impossible- it seems like the negative responses are trashed so that they never appear on their website. BE CAUTIOUS with this company.

Took over a month to get here and was microscopic in size. These clothes are made for Chinese people and their sizes are ridiculously small. And not good quality
