When should i release the money?

It is definitely refundable, just not to the client. The company will email the writer and take their wage. They use it as an excuse and the client will not be refunded.

The money can be released only after the full revision of a paper and when the client is 100% satisfied with the results and the work done.

When you satisfied with the work dont release any money if you're not satisfied. Since its not refundable
