A: Dont do it

Don't do business with them. You will be sorry. I prepaid for a rental car voucher and the rental agency didn't accept it. I had to pay a higher rate for a car as a result and after several emails, economybookings only paid me back for part of the prepaid voucher. They will not respond to any inquiries in regard to the partial refund. Essentially, they robbed me and I ended up paying way more for a car rental. Consider yourself warned!

Worked for me in San Jose, Ca. The do have a "pay now" and "pay later" component that I thought was well disclosed, so make sure you understand the deal.

I would not deal with them; they completely screwed up our car rental and would give us absoutely no satisfaction. They are located in an eastern European country, so it is impossible to get satisfaction from them. I went after the American car rental company that they were the middle man for, and they would do nothing about my lost booking and lost down payment until I went to Beter Business Bureau. Very frustrating, I would not deal with them!

No. That is just the price they will charge you today as a down payment. Final price I did not see until after they had my credit card info. My bank's fraud protection department actually flagged the transaction so they must have some sketchy info on these guys. I never had to deal with a refund because the bank blocked the transaction.

This company is not on the up and up. We were left without a car even though we made a reservation month ahead as well as confirmed several times. No one was at the airport they are a desk in a hotel. I ended up having to rent that day from another company which cost me an additional $400.00 that they said the took care of. Not true they never took care of anything. Dealing with customer service after the fact is a night mare and really there is no customer service. You have to register your complaint on line and to this date I have still not received a refund or a follow up contact by customer service! Do not use these people it's just luck of the draw with them!
