Yes you pay it up front... but you will not get a car the day you want it! Do not use these people they are crooks and they do not hold true to there promises. Before the date of your reservation you will find them some what helpful but extremely short and impolite. After the date of you reservation you will never get anyone on r the phone to help you. I was s sucker and ended up have to rent from someone else and paying high price for last minute rental. That was in June I still have not gotten a refund from these clowns. DO NOT RESNT FROM THEM!

Yes, tax is included. I recommend not to pursue with them. They do not owe any car, they are just an intermediate company located in Latvia taking a percentage of the business they generate. I was personally stolen a £600 penalty by their UK subcontractor Green Motion (in Manchester) and EconomyBookings did not help me in any way to recover this amount.
