Why won't Eccie.net let me back into my account? I changed my email address and this business won't let me notify them with their convoluted log in process. I've paid for my account. However, I can't remember my password, but they won't let me contact them directly. I have tried sending them an email. That didn't work. They will only recognize the email address I have on their files. That email address is now defunct.

[email protected] is the direct email address, I've had very prompt service from them at that address
