Initially had good results at Amazon, but like all sellers there, they eventually made it impossible to continue selling, as they treat most 3rd party merchants like their overworked employees - basically cattle. The only site I've had success at other than eBay has been AtomicMall.com

I wouldn't trust any auction site. You have to remember whilst your trying to minimalise outlay. The buyers and scammers are looking to get something for nothing. Even if you sell at a bricks and mortar land based auction house and consign th them the levy charged is bank busting. If you sell your deducted 20% vat and anywhere between 15-21% hammer fee. Same for buyer accept if you do it from online they will slap another 3% on for using something like thesaleroom.com to bid through and then a further 3% if you pay buy credit card. Which is being stopped so I understand. Sellers have no chance today. Your finance ministers are bleeding you dry at every turn. And the auction houses used to charge a tiny hammer fee %. Now with online interest they have ramped it up to take 1/5 of whatever your selling. They are thieves in policemen's clothing

@adrienne: what shills? I have a legit acct with eBid, paid for the lifetime membership, haven't sold a single item since then. BUT sold plenty on eBay. EBay SELLS and eBid doesn't. EBay is afraid of eBid - where did you get that from? The top of your head, I gotcha

Do not choose tophatter. I hear odbidz is good though.

Yes its safe ebay and amazon also require this from most sellers of high end of highly counterfeit items.

These negative comments are from Ebay Shills.
None of these things ever happened to me - I paid my $49,99 one time, great deal, and was not charged anything unless I sold at 2%.
Ebay is afraid of Ebid.
I was no Ebay - left - fees too high and hidden fees killed any profits.
You only sell anywhere if you work on self-promoting yourself and your items.
Sour Grapes are very obvious, here. Boo Hoo Feebay...
