You wont see your tickets I'm afraid...

So I bought tickets for last year's Wimbledon ladies final and was similarly concerned by a reply. So I emailed them politely (and humorously) every other day for 6 weeks and amazingly my tickets were waiting for me... two of the 6 turned out to be stolen which we found out when my parents were escorted off Centre Court before the match began. So my advice is hound them every day if possible.

I due recieved my tickets One day before. Although didn't know what was going on till the last minute. I even tried calling and it was all day not available. Hope you will get your tickets

Probably you won't see your tickets, I still wait for refund of Brazil worldcup tkts. This are proffesioanl thieves
