I really feel for you, they ruined my wedding dress. It looked nothing like the picture it arrived with holes in it. I couldn't even give it to a charity shop as it was that bad. They are crookes and need stopping.

I contacted Chinese Consumers to see if I could get help regarding the Mess Dress I purchased, DylanQueen refused point blank to give my Invoice number.

I was given two different addresses which I forwarded onto the Chinese Consumers

The reply from them was unhelpful as it seems this scammer is out of the jurisdiction for them to intervene.

On Facebook DylanQueen.com has a page, Which states.

The live chat is exactly the same, dresses and models the same so how can they say no relation to each other? Bullcrap! Every comment I make telling others to stay away is deleted so maybe the rest of you could join me with comments... maybe get the point across to someone who for the duration of time the comment is kept on their FB it could save others the heartache stress and suffering the rest of us has endured..

OMG mine was the same, holes in it, all the stitching was coming apart. Thankfully my credit card company are investigating now and we are hoping for a full refund!

I too had a terrible experience. I am going after these crooks via my credit card company. I am confident I will get my money back but the disappointment will last a long time. If we all go after them via the credit card then the card companies will probably stop processing for them but it will take a long time and a lot of complaints.
