Well I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from them before and despite me selecting a uk 18 when it came it could not fit me and I am a 12, but I just thought oh probable I should have done custom measurements and left it at that, the dress otherwise was made quite well so that sort of pushed me to order my wedding dress from them. What a mistake, please take my advice do not order anything from these people. On top of all the stress they have caused I have now received a bill from customs today for another £25. Stay away from them, bad news

I will never purchase from Dylan Queen again, what a rip off, looks good online nothing like to finished product. Go to Poundland instead

I can only speak from my own experience but if your experience with this company is as horrendous as mine i would say stay well clear. The company is a total rip off and you will end up out of pocket. DO NOT BUT.

Don't waste your money, you will be left disappointed

I'd suggest not to gamble your chances, I spend £112 and they only want to refund £5 due to the fact that the dress doesn't fit me and has a huge gap in the back. They don't even want to change nor want it back. Also customer service SUCKS. Instead of writing "you" they write "u", sometimes they don't sign the email so you don't know who you're talking to, they're not professional etc. If I was you, I wouldn't gamble my chances and I would go for a company that you know you have higher chances of receiving a good quality dress that fits and even on a cheaper price. Trust me, learn from all these people's mistakes and mine's - Good luck in the search of a good gown dress =) xxx

Sorry I don't have anything positive I can say. Any emails I did receive from Dylan Queen was lowering their offer of refund every time. They responded to my post on here asking for an order number so it can be dealt with but if you look at every post they respond with the exact same message and still nothing has been done
I'm stuck with a pink prom dress with a dirty black mark on it that I can't do anything with
They said they couldn't take it back because of the amount of time labour and material that went into making it and they would have to pay import tax
Don't go anywhere near unless you want to chance being out of pocket

No! Do not buy from here! Their dresses are very very poor quality and the customer service is awful!

My immediate reaction is don't but my daughter's friend purchased hers from the site and it was fine. I think it depends what style of dress you are intending to buy, the simpler the better I would say and if you are a standard size so much the better as if it's not made to measure you might be able to send it back but remember it is coming from china. I don't know if you try emailing them first and get it in writing that you can return it but you will not be able to if made to measure. Hope that helps.

They are mimicking pictures of the dress your own decision i say no for the simple fact if something go wrong you cant contact them but the risk you have with it is the wrong dress wrong size and no real room to adjust if its too small

Do not buy from this scam robbing company. EVER.
