Do not buy they are scammers

Please do not buy anything from this company. You will not get a refund and you will pay customs on this item. I can't even wear the dress and jacket I paid £125 for. It was a hard lesson to learn. The good reviews you may read on this site are fake.

Do not buy from them they are a scamming company. I luckily got my money back via Visa, but had to send the dress back. They refused to accept to and I ended up having to pay customs duty of £48. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - the reviews you see are fake

This is a Chinese company so the UK laws (e.g. Distance Selling Regulations) are no use to you - you cannot get a refund just because you do not like the item. However, if it is of unsatisfactory quality and you bought it on a credit card, you can get a full refund from the card company - that's exactly what I did. Note that you will probably get a contemptuous response (if any) from DylanQueen - do not be put off by their absurd "oofers" (in my case 5 percent!) - go for them via your card company. But in my view you would be well advised not to buy from them at all - there are hundreds of angry reviews and all the five start reviews are obviously fakes planted by one of those Indian fake review generating companies.
