Good luck with that one Julie you need to email them but they will put you off with ridiculous offers of 5, 10, 20 % compensation to keep it and then they will say you have to pay to return it and will only give you half... don't. If you got it on your credit card and it's over £100 they should be able to help you if it's under they have to try and get it back for you they told me you do not have to send it back and just inform them it's awaiting their collection. Tell them you are rejecting item under sale of goods act. And keep all copies of any emails... good luck they appear to have stopped replying to my emails

I have been in recent contact by email they have responded which is good! But would not agree to a full refund
I was given an option to find a suitable tailoring service to fix the problem but it is just a very cheaply made dress that simply does not look like the dress on their website

These dresses are given to China who probably produces them for a very small fraction of the actual cost

Good luck too! I lost out on 184$ and they just want to return me 60$... They want me to ship the dress back at my expense! They sent me the wrong color material and wrong measurements. They have no contact # and it's several people emailing me back and forth for almost two weeks and no results... they started at 5% now 60$. I called the attorney general from my state the BBB and I continue to write bad reviews everywhere I can next will b the FTC... They are frauds and all who have been scammed need to get together and sue these sweat shops from Hong Kong and China that r screwing US and UK customers!
