Hi I ordered a shoes and a bag 2 weeks ago, and it says it should take 8 days. I am clueless and really stressed out about this, because I ordered a dress I was really happy about everything about it was just right and on point, and it only took you guys like 3 weeks to make the dress and send it out to me. And now for a pair of shoes and a bag to take so long. I am really dissapointed and stressed out, I dont know what to do at this point because I really really want my things.

If you paid by major creit card or paypal put in a request to investigate to them, you probably wont get anywhere with the company - i didn't but did get a refund from Barclaycard - do this buy another dress from somewhere reputable and forget about this whole horrible experience.

Has anyone ever had a refund from them? Same thing Has happened to my daughter. Prom dress arrived in a terrible condition!

I never write reviews... my daughter bought a prom dress... was off color... they made it IMPOSSIBLE to return... had to get my credit card company to dispute... A COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT MERCHANT

Sorry to say this as it's too late for you now but I would never ever buy anything from these people. Just read all the reviews (and figure out why they feel the need to plant so many obviously fake ones). But I hope that you do get satisfaction even though it's against the odds.

I wouldn't touch this company again if my life depended on it. The quality of goods is terrible and anyone who says different hasn't got much idea about quality.

Samething with me. But i live chat with them every day got my shoes in 2 weeks just got them today. Little messed up a but fixable. Just get on them everyday. But i did express shipping for my shoes
