Absolutely not! I just ordered a dress the quality of the material is very cheap, strings were hanging from the the dress, the color is not the same. They clearly have couture dress shown online and they try to duplicate them. I've never been so discussed they sent everyone who complains the same duplicate message, in which they do not refund or try to give you a percentage. I spent 200.00. I will go through Trading Standards and every way I can to get my money back!

Do not order from this website. As you can see from the comments. I ordered a dress for a special occasion and when the dress arrived it was damaged. From march till now I have been trying to get tier money back and they will do and say anything not to. I had to buy another dress else were. Save your money and spend it else wear.

No No No don't waste your money, this is a scam... you pay good money and back something that you wouldnt put in a charity shop!

DONT ORDER FROM DYLAN QUEEN... the dresses are such poor quality, poorly made with awful material... they bear very little resemblance to the pictures... you will just be wasting your money!

Do not order from them, I had to order another dress from another website as this dress was unwearable! I do recommend prom girl, the dress was exactly as the picture and the only alteration needed was the length. My daughter won best dressed so highly recommend prom girl.

Run, do not walk away from this company! The dress I ordered was SHOWN in one shade of blue, and should have come in one shade of the forest green that I ordered. Instead, it came in three totally different colors of green, AND it was at least two sizes too small, (even though I sent them exact measurements). The dress was hideous, and I would not have worn it under any circumstances. The company did NOT stand behind their product either. They told me not to send it back, and that they would give me 5% back for my "trouble". HOW would THAT help? I still didn't have the dress I ordered for my son's wedding! (I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. As of now, my charge has been refunded. Thank God!) I think the credit card companies must be getting very familiar with Dylan Queen by now. (PS... they are NOT in the UK, either as their email address indicates. The package shipped from Singapore.

Please don't do this; just look at all the replies. This site should be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THE DRESSES DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO, IT WILL NOT FIT AND YOU WON'T GET A PENNY BACK WHEN YOU COMPLAIN.

No, they have photographs of couture dresses and have attempted an imitation which failed miserably. I was so disappointed and now how two unworn dresses and customs fees to pay. I strongly advice against purchasing from this site.

Do not order from them! They are a massive waste of time and to be quite honest the dress looks better off in the bin. I've written to trading standards and they're now being investigated but they need more complaints for action to be taken. You will lose so much money and be so disappointed by what you recieve, I'd recommend like others to order else where!
