Agreed. Dresslily.com is just terrible in so many ways. Just seeing their company name makes me cringe. I order a blazer and it was incredibly cheap fabric, a stain on the sleeve, loose thread hanging off, and definitely not the size that's on the label, or the measurements that were on their webpage.

I filed a dispute with pay pal and got my money back. I think the only good reviews are the ones DressLilly puts on them selves so everyone thinks it is a good deal. "We now know different"

I ordered a jacket last year and never received it. I was promised a refund and never got that either. They are just crooks.

I had really good luck with them twice. I ordered a swim suit that is high quality. It didn't fit of course because they are oriental sizing. I ordered the next size up (XL for a women's size 2) and it fits perfectly. Both orders shipped fast. The only thing I was upset about was the fact that returns aren't possible since they deduct the shipping charge from the actual cost of the item and it's not worth it. I sold my small one on ebay.

Mary I feel your pain I had a really bad experience just like yours and I"m a very small woman and I got a small and gave it to my 10 year old neice (it was a coat) and it took 3 months to get it to me I finally disputed it on my credit card before I got it a month after I ordered it. I would like to recamend ThredUp.com to you it is an online consignment shop for high end clothes at unbelievable prices. With brands your going to recognize and sizes that make sence just remember some of the higher end merchandise like white house black market do run a little small. I got a pair of american eagle jeans for 7 dollers on clearence through them and alot of items still have tags (they will say still with tags on) and the items I got with out tags are like brand new off the rack ( they really only sell high quality items and if there is a small damage on the garmet witch is rare it is cheaper and they do tell you up front) check out there reveiws. Honestly the only bad reveiws I have seen about them is were people feel they didn't get enough money for selling there items or that they didn't take all there items. I have used them quite a few times always free tracking and it is there on time and fast. I hope this helps and if you do check it out I hope you tell me what you think.

I'm not apart of Dresslily so sorry I can't answer any body's questions. The products I order are perfect so I guess it depends on what you get.
