I received one box of stuff I ordered which contained very poor quality items. Some items did not come. I received an email from Dresslily saying they could not send the rest of the order of and would give me a credit in points, not a refund. Unless you know absolutely that the item will fit you and you are prepared for poor quality, DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY. They are not legitimate.

I wish I had snapped a few photos before I stuffed it in the trash can and chalked it up to "life lessons"

It should be apparent to anyone now that this company is a scam. If you get some clothes you will not get them all. They also operate with other names and now they have taken the faces off the models so that you will not know they are Oriental. Stop it, some of their clothing is on amazon as well, with ordering from Amazon you are backed up by Amazon, I still have not gotten my clothing and do not think I will ever get it especially now that is almost a year.

NEVER NEVER NEVER DO THAT! I keep telling people those sites are scams and rip offs. Honest sites never ask for pictures of credit cards or drivers license. Identity theft right there, don't make that mistake

Ordered and paid a dress in 30th March and got it 4th April with a small arms compare to a dress itself, very, very low quality,,,. For me its a big "no",, sorry.

Russell W., lol, I assure you I don't work for Dresslily. That was cute, though. I just order A LOT of stuff from them. I'm not saying I never had issues with them, I've had many, but I never felt ripped off and I've never NOT received an order. I've waited months sometimes to receive it; I've received packages I ordered months before orders that I SHOULD have received, and I'm far from not having my issues with the company; but I never felt as though they ripped me off or weren't legit. My closet is full of their products and I happen to like the company. I'm also not an idiot, I read the reviews of the items and I stick to buying products that world be hard to screw up. I'm not going to buy a mock-designer coat for $9.00/ free shipping and then wonder why it doesn't look top of the line, you get me? No, I don't work for them, I just use common sense when picking my products and I allow for a considerable amount of delivery time since it's coming from Hong Kong in mass mailings. That's all, Russell W., no other shenanigans at hand, I promise you.

I heard that 4 times and I told them it the same as it was for the past 30 years and have not moved since your last email. Another one was it was the Chines New Year I ask them how long theirs lasted as ours is only 1 day.

That's funny Tammy J. And I have a great sense of humor... but REALLY? People are upset because their credit card and personal info are in the hands of a company in China and that's your reply? It worries me that they have my info.

LOL
