No, they have no address, no phone number, and don't even have email address. All contacts are handled by creating tickets. Yes, they are in China. And yes, they said they will reimburse me partial cost, but as of now, it's about 2 weeks, I still have not seen the refund. Well... I gave up. I would never order from them again, EVER! Very unprofessional and unresponsive online store.

I only know it is in China. I am responsible to send it back which will be ££. If you send them a picture and don't send back they will give you some of the money back. Hence I will not buy everything from there. The clothes look so bad as the material used is not good.
