What happens if I don't receive an item or if the package is damaged and I did not buy shipping insurance. Ii am skeptical because I have never had a business request that I pay insurance. Also do I receive confirmation shipping emails? Or is this info only provide if pay for tracking? I am also not accustomed to paying for tracking. Wondering as these are red flags for me.

You will not get money back or be able to get ahold of them. Sorry, but you've joined the group of people taken by them. I never received my swimsuit or shirt I ordered in March, and after several months of hassle, ended up with no refund or items.

I have no ideal... I'm still waiting on a shipment or refund frim an order I placed back in March... I can't get a hold. Of anyone as you of yet... all I know you said dresslily won't be getting anymore of my coins... very unprofessional and unconcerned when it regards to their consumers... buyers beware

I am still waiting on my refund. I was told it will be 7 business days so we will see. I say if you are skeptical; don't even bother placing an order with them. People have had various scenarios dealing with them and most have been negative.

The company is awful. It took over a month to receive my package. You should just ask for your money back, and for them to stop the order, in my opinion.
