Questions & Answers
RE: THE REAL CLOTHES Dear Dresslily, I attempted to purchasing from you in the past. During that process: 1) You attempted to steal my identity via the demand for a photograph of my drivers license 2) You attempted to steal/sell my credit card with my license via demanding a photograph of card 3) I had to Cancel my credit card, obtain a new credit card, change my drivers license photo & pay a company to monitor any use of my now old credit card or any new applications for credit cards or loans under my name 4) you failed to expedite the shipping of my order, an act which I was charged over $100. 5) you failed to ship my order except 3 items which only came after numerous demands and arrived several weeks too late. 6) The bag you sent was some cheap smelly plastic which stuck together & the handles were not all connected to the actual bag.Of the 2 pairs of shoes you sent, one actually disintegrated before my eyes as I attempted to put them on and tie the laces (was that some magic act?), the other were high heels with almost ballerina ankle wraps, which with one attempt to wear, the wraps unraveled off of themselves & then off the cheap plastic/wooded shoe. For extra fun the bottoms of those came off. 7) When I challenged you & filed a complaint against you with Paypal & American Express, you had the audacity to submit to American Express "proof" of shipping via the "little envelop" you sent and tried to pass it off to be my entire order which was almost $600. 8) I thankfully kept records of everything, noticed the weight on your scam of a shipping and American Express found you to have committed fraud & theft as well as acknowledged you had attempted to manipulate the investigation. 9) I did get all my money back & I am one of the customers working to expose you for the horrid scam you are. BUT. After talking & corresponding with a few hundred people you scammed, I think I speak for all of us when I say if you want to actually remedy this & not go down as one of the most horrible & nefarious companies of all time, one way to do this is to come clean, acknowledge what you've done, take responsibility AND. TELL US WHERE TO PURCHASE THE ACTUAL CLOTHING THAT YOU POST ON YOUR WEBSITE. TELL US THE ACTUAL DESIGNERS OF THE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES AND LET US KNOW WHERE WE CAN PURCHASE THEM. It is 100% obvious that you are stealing images from other websites, magazines and stock images that are often manipulated via photoshop. But as several websites against you, people are starting to locate the actual clothing you attempt to copy and sell to your customers. We all thought we were buying clothing as displayed in the images on your website. Now, having seen the items that come out of your shop it is blatantly clear that you have employed small children never trained to do this work & that you must be forcing them to sit blindfolded while they cut & sew your clothing. It's clear that for an extra kick you are likely operating next to some chemical plant and the fumes from that plant must be pumping into your warehouse (i'd check that for health reasons as Im pretty sure its high toxic). BUT THE CLOTHING. YOU CAN MAKE IT UP TO ALL OF US GUYS & GALS JUST BY TELLING US WHERE WE CAN ACTUALLY BUY THE CLOTHES. WE WISH YOU WERE A REAL COMPANY, WE WISH THE CLOTHING YOU ATTEMPT TO SELL US WAS REAL AND IT'S NOW CLEAR DRESSLILY IS NOT THAT COMPANY BUT SOMEWHERE OUT THERE - SOMEONE IS INDEED SELLING THOSE BEAUTIFUL AND OFTEN VERY COOL CLOTHING AND WE AS CONSUMERS ACTUALLY WANT IT. Let us know...

Hey Janice
I've been taken advantage of as well. The only way we can protect ourselves is to ban these company's from Canadian consumers. Stop ordering from these people. We don't want them to do business here. I'm out 200.00 as well. We need to shop at our local stores. I was unaware that these items are from China. Small sizes and under quality. We have to stop shopping on line with these individuals and PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! Sorry for the loss!
