I agree that Janet B. Must work for them... I ordered and received my item many months later, size XL and it was just about the right size for the family cat. Save your money and support your home country!

China. Don't buy from them. I did and never received the goods or a refund. They are fraudsters.

It is based in China. I never received my order either just false promises. Do not buy from them.

China, but they ship from many various countries. For what it's worth, we never got our order.

They aren't U.S. based (I think hong kong but I'm not sure). They use China Post for shipping orders. The free shipping takes 10-25 business days. I've never received an order late despite the distance. I've read reviews saying that orders took longer than estimated through no fault of Dresslily, it was the US Customs holding them longer than needed.

Think it's China I didn't know or I wouldn't have ordered from them thank god I only spend 50$ and no more then that don't order from them the quality is crap now I know why there prices are so low hope this helps

Yes they are right. The company is based out of China. Please save yourself the headache and do not order from them
