Yeah I am still waiting for my order…I placed my order last November! Dresslily says they can't give me a refund because I need to send the product back in order to do that…. Big waste of time and money and I hope someone shuts them down!

Good luck... I got my order # the next day. Couldn't track my order at all after that. And it took 2 months to get it. And it wasn't at all what I pay for or what the pic look like on the website. I honestly feel that dresslily is a scam and a rip off... I wonder how can we get the company shut down or at less not able to sell their cheap material in the U.S.A... But I found out that they company has different names on the diffent website but the same scamming business

Hi vicki. I have order a few items from dress lily. Some came quite quickly, while others took over a month. But I did get them. Size wise. They fit really small. One shirt I got size large for myself, and my 15 yr old who is a size 5, couldn't fit into it. I would never buy from them again. Hope this helps some wha.

That site is a scam. My order never came in after 3 months and I never received a refund.

I placed an order in January and did not receive it until April. I never received the second shipment. The shirt was way too small and I ordered a size bigger because of reviews. I never got my money back. Good luck.

It took over two months for me to get my order. The dress was such poor quality it was laughable. Never again.

I'm sorry to say, you most likely will not receive your order & you definitely won't get a refund. They got me for almost a $100.

Good luck, it should only take a week to process and ship. After it ships you should give it about 6 weeks to arrive at your mailbox. It will be delivered usps. They will email you a pic of your item with your name lable showing when it ships. Again good luck getting it, hope it fits, probably wont. Dont try returning thr item if it do. T fit, it will cost you more to ship it back than what you paid for it.

I ordered the cutest bohemian skirt, i got the ugliest full length lace dress I've ever seen! Weeks later. Took months to get my refund and it wasn't the entire amount I spent! Good Luck!

I placed my order last October, to this day they say it shipped but was never received. They offered me a partial refund and I demanded a full refund which they promised but never saw a penny!
