I stopped shopping with them over a year ago. I do not recommend them. I hope you can Send them back I doubt you will get a refund. Best of luck!

When I ordered a Tank Top and I received it I was not happy with it at all. The size was way off. Ordered a Large but its more like a small, the color was suppose to be "Coral" but its more like burnt orange, the color was bled thru onto the white. It came with no tags on it, so I emailed them and they said absolutely no returns and blocked me from having any communication with them. Horrible company.

It is hard to say dealing with Dresslily. You may just be stuck with the wrong size. It is extremely difficult to exchange anything or, get a refund from them. You can try calling or emailing them but I'm almost positive they are not going to do anything about it. Good Luck!

I would try stopping the order!
They won't give u a refund unless u take a pic with a tape measure and then they give u only part of your money-it's not worth the headache

If they have not "shipped" the item out u maybe ok to cancel your order. If not due to time lines you might as well keep it and order another size
