Lisa... Cancel your credit card purchase with your credit card company ASAP don't even deal with dress Lily focus on canceling with credit card company. Dress Lily has no intention of sending you your order

Just look at ALL the 1,324 reviews here. The vast majority saying they were ripped off. Extemely poor quality, wrong sizes, wrong colors and many say they didn't get anything!

My question is, why would anyone order from them?

Cancel your order and talk to your credit card company for a refund.

Yep, cancel it. Don't even ask them where the order confirmation is. Just say you want to cancel your order, and receive the refund because you never received the confirmation. They'll still try to tell you that it's already shipped, and they'll trigger an email confirmation to be sent to you. And they'll try and tell you they can't refund you even though it's already been shipped (even though it hasn't). So, I'd file a dispute with Paypal right away too. Luckily you paid through PayPal- because it seems like Paypal gives your money back much more easily than if you paid through your debit/credit card. This company is extremely fishy, scamming, and needs to be stopped.

This website has cheap clothes but it's not worth your money. I had to wait over a month for some of my orders to come in and the quality is awful.

Cancel the order it's a scam my top took like 2 and half weeks. It's not even the top I ordered.
