The one time (and the last time) I ordered, it took a few months for the first part of the order to arrive, and it took them also a few months to even ship the second part, which then arrived a month after that. No tracking number for the second part of the order. I even had paid for the shipping tracking and "insurance." JUST DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY. My one and only experience with ordering from Dresslily is what taught me to strictly only buy online from reputable companies. TRUST ME. It's not worth the massive headache. This company should be shut down.

I ordered from here. How does the package come shipped? I have a tracking but not sure what company is shipping it.

It can take from a month to 2 to 3 months the most and like others say sometimes not at all.

They offer tracking and that is the only way you would be able to track your package but even sometimes it is useless.

I stopped ordering from Dresslily for a very long time now. Being paranoid about my money/refund and my package drove me nuts waiting.

They are really good about responding but the shipping is snail mail regardless of type of method choosen.

I have ordered stuff of them and it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to get to NZ but don't no how long to get to USA.The clothes are small so you have to buy big sizes even if you are small like.[52kg]. I have always got my stuff that I have ordered.

Don't bother I never got my order! And they only respond to you with auto replys. And they keep telling you to go look for your order at the post office?!? Really!

Dresslily is wonderful... i alway put that extra $2 on for the tracking number. I track my order every day and it always take no more then 2 day to ship to the us. Once it hit us theres no telling when u gets it but u will...

Never. And you won't get your money back either. They are a scam company and should be closed down.

Beware! Do not buy from this company unless you are a size 0. Returns are out of the question due to high cost and restocking fees

I ordered in October 2014 and I am still waiting for my jacket or a refund.
