Never requested ticket info so I don't know

They answer tickets within 2-4 days all sympathetic but never resolving the issue, just fob you off with time delaying answers but no satisfactory solution.
Serious time wasters and rip off merchants

The first time right away but they told me to wait another month and then i couldnt get any response till my review and thrm they appologized but still no result

They reply within 24hrs with a copy and paste message

I sent in 2 tickets and I never heard a response but they answered me on here. Of course where everyone else can see the turmoil.

I haven't tried sending a ticket yet, because I'm discouraged by what other buyers have said. It seems the company either doesn't reply at all or replies with "stock" answers that aren't backed up by action.
