I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest that EVERYONE do this to put them out of business.

I wish I could help. Their customer service reps never answer the questions presented to them. I never got assistance and thought the only thing I could do was post on this site and hope others read these reviews before they purchase from DressLilty Did you try to seek assistance from your credit card company? Or try Consumer protection services in your state.

ABSOLUTELY do not send more money.
Call your bank and cancel payment immediately. Tell them it's a fraud, which this company is.

DONT DO IT! I ordered $75.00 worth of clothes in Novemeber 2014 and never received the order. I feel so taken advantage of and I feel bad that you have to go through this as well. Please don't send them anything, they have no mercy for what they are doing to people.

Don't send any more money, they probably have no intention on sending your items. They are a scam and you need to Google any company before you buy from them. Rule to live by, Google before buying, most of them on fb or tv are scams

Don't send them any more money! Dress Lily is a scam! Just take it as a loss and learn a lesson not to order outside of your own country! Go to stores near you and local boutique. You can find cute clothes with better quality. The clothes they make is like their made from dish rags anyway. Just don't order from them anymore more and tell everyone you know about these people.

I wouldn't bother I've been waiting for weeks to order some bags that they owe me via a refund they take the piss my card got scammed when I made a 1st order they didn't get anything as my bank stopped it I honestly don't think I will get my nxt order but I'm gonna make sure people know about this company and the crap materials they are trying to pass off as quality clothing

Do u have tracking number? Don't send them any money, it's weird that they are asking to send money, you've already paid, so it's their responsibility to send your purchase.

God no! I feel lucky to have received only half of my not-so-good-quality of products after waiting for two months already. They promised $50 (as if I will ever dare to order again!) in my account but that turned out to be just sweet talk to an irate customer. Never ever buy from Dresslily!

Have your bank cancel your original transaction for fraud and find much better clothes somewhere else. It takes several steps through the bank but 100% worth getting your money back and absolutely none of it going to these bastards!
