They are the worst, I had to threaten them and Iam still getting the run around and the BS emails. If you remove the bad review we will refund the money Bla Bla Bla CONTACT your credit card company lodge a scam claim and claim a refund.

You NEED to call your payment company and tell them you have been trying to contact the merchant in regards to an issue with your purchase but you cannot find anyway to contact them. Then discribe the to your payment company the issue with your purchase and say you want to file a dispute. Also tell them you researched the cost to return the item(s) and it ranges from $35 to $105+ through USPS ( do your own research, my figures or examples from So Cal).

Your payment company should do the legwork to get your refund.

You're one lucky lady Amy they never refund people, luckily I paid thru paypal so I got my refund quite easily but they are scam artists known all over the internet. Just check various review websites.

Just put up a nasty review. I with in 7 days from order they cancled and all money was returned to my card.

I called my credit card company and they put in a dispute claim so the charges can be taken off my credit card.

They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(
