We ordered a custom size and paid extra. The dress was AWFUL. Had fabric sewn into the seams, beading falling off, a hem that looked like a three year old cut it with safety scissors, and threads dangling everywhere. And it's not even a screaming deal--we could have bought a dress locally for about the same price. But the real problem isn't the dress--it's the dishonest people who run this place. They are conmen and criminals. Don't order ANYTHING from these crooks.

I ordered from the "rack." Dress was a disaster. Do not order from this company.

Do not ordered from this company... I give them custom sizes and NONE OF THE DRESSES FIT... this company is the WORST... When I asked for a refund... they asked me to take the measurement again and to send them in... I known that they were going to say that it was the the size that I order so I didn't bother to return the dresses... the dresses arrived 2 sizes too small for all my bridemaides... Don't give this company NO BUSINESS they are not worth your hard earn money.

I ordered my dress in a custom size and what I received was NOTHING like what I ordered! DO NOT order anything, custom or stock, from this company as you will only be throwing your money away! PayPal will be of no help either because their items are considered custom items and the PayPal policy is to not refund if it is a custom item. BUYER BEWARE!

I gave them everything. Height of wife, length from top of knee to waist, waist size, shoulder length, including a body diagram with the measurements on it. Even then, I made the measurements slightly longer, assuming a margin of error, and it still wasn't cut right. Where the zipper was supposed to close on the side she should have had extra, instead the zipper would only go up half way. When I measured the chest area on the dress is was short by 4 inches. Just don't use them. Depending on what you need, go local, or buy a dress in the store and have it altered. Might cost about the same or less.

I ordered wraps for my bridesmaids to cover their shoulders in church... honestly i would never advise anyone to order anything from them. But if you must order from them... use paypal to pay for the purchase, that way of something is wrong you have a way to protect yourself.

They took some custom measurements like height but other than that i just gave them a size! I cannot urge you enough to RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a total SCAM!
