I will just repeat what others are saying, it is very doubtful that you will get your money back. So your only option is this. If you paid by credit card I would file for a return with the credit card company on the amount that you paid. You cancelled the order and the company was going to cancel the charge. Let DHGate or the vender dispute it, which I doubt if they will.

I don't believe you'll ever get your money back... after my experience. I hung in and did everything they asked for a year... then at last they finally just came out and said "no, you will not get anything." sorry. This company is not to be trusted. Look into wish.com. You can trust wish.com.

I have the same problem, still waiting after 16 months and no refund in sight. If you find a way to get money back please forward it to me.

Forget the refund. You should have read the messages we all leave. If you didn't read the messages first before you did business with this SCAM, you would have known. Sorry, kiss that money goodbye. USE CREDIT CARD ONLY on purchases. SORRY.

The process is complex beyond belief. Even after getting my refunded shipping money back (took a month) they would only put it in my DH pay account fund. I didn't have an account so I had to set that up as well. Once the money was in there- 2 options back account transfer (fees $30-50) or western union check ($7.50) opted for the check in mid april and its the end of may and I havent seen it yet. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Having been through the process 4 times, it is obvious that DHgate does not care about its customers.
