Tracking numbers don't work when I try to track them, says invalid. One package was due two days ago still not here? How do I know if im scammed?? Seller tells me not to worry, they are shipped but how do I know that?

I order. 2 items the seller told me they were shipped it also says it but still no item

The sellers frequently send 'tracking numbers' that mysteriously disappear from the carrier.
Dhgate will simply make excuses for the buyer and tell you to wait longer.
Dhgate will NOT assist you as they will keep covering for the seller. They were no help on my first dispute and only took credit when I threatened the seller with negative reviews. Then suddenly, dhgate takes all the credit.
I still have an order past due. Delivery date given by seller was 10-22-2016. Today is 10-26-2016 and dhgate claims we are still within delivery time frame.?
Dhgate has no interest in helping the buyer.
