Polyurethane "Leather" been produced in the USA since the 1940’s using it for goods like jackets, upholstery, shoes, automobile interiors. The furniture trade in general around the world have officially recognized PU as Leather. And have made it legal to call a PU/PVC combination substance covered lounge chair as a leather chair when in fact it is PU. As an attorney you should research before blowing your horn.
