My 12 yr old ordered a pair of shoes w his hard earNed money from this website. Had I known he was doing this I would have stopped him. This is a statement not a question. If his order comes and the shoes are messed up or not real you will have a serious problem on your hands. I am a South Carolina attorney and I will sue and shut this entire website down. So, I am asking in advance to please make sure that the horrible reviews are incorrect and that the shoes are real. I am completely aware of the difference between leather and vinyl. If you already are aware of a possibility that the shoes are knock offs you will need to refund me immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible. 843-619-9538

Any Federal Court in the United States has Jurisdiction over any party on the internet, if the parties come from any country and they are all different it does not matter. If you need to report something go to www.ic3.com, this is FBI and CIA in one

Mary, an attorney wouldn't deign to admitting they were a member of the second oldest profession(right after prostitution) on line. The State Courts have no jurisdiction over international trade. Get your panties out of a bunch, and contact the Federal Trade Commission, and file a complaint. There is no place for you to file a suit, nor do you have the horsepower to close a web site. One last thing, NEVER post a phone number on the web, with your phone # I can get your name, and address, from that I can get your personal information via your public utilities... We have the best government in the world for making trouble for small business. Use the FTC, and make sure you continue to file addendums until your child receives the product or a refund. Only in America would a parent represent themself as the lowest life form, an attorney. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry

Polyurethane "Leather" been produced in the USA since the 1940’s using it for goods like jackets, upholstery, shoes, automobile interiors. The furniture trade in general around the world have officially recognized PU as Leather. And have made it legal to call a PU/PVC combination substance covered lounge chair as a leather chair when in fact it is PU. As an attorney you should research before blowing your horn. I have no affiliation with DHGate. Also you should have done some elemental research into the supplying company and its reputation before purchasing. It would seem to many people that South Carolina have a low standard to pass the Bar Association. (That's the USA)
