Disregard how honest DHgate's website appears to be & disregard the seller's status it's a scam

Do not recommend dealing through DHgate. If your product is not delivered or is not of the quality you expect and the vendor is unwilling to resolve your issues you will not receive any support from DHgate in the matter.
I would suggest you look elsewhere - speaking from personal experience.
That being said, if the value is not high and you are willing to take the risk, you maybe lucky and get what you paid for. There are some great vendors and I would suggest you look for those with GOLD status to have the best opportunity of a satisfactory transaction.

Scam did not get my order

Dhgate you buy at your own risk which is ludicrous at best and participatory in fraud at worst considering you the buyer transfer value first (pay first).

There are good sellers on Dhgate but you are better off looking for ways to deal with them directly or finding a portal that helps them flourish.

Dhgate is not one of them.

Do not deal with them. You will receive nothing and they will keep your money.

I would say NO. I would not trust them. I had a very bad experience and thought they said they wuuld resolve it... all i got was the run-around. After
7 months of back & forth they finally said there was nothing they could do.

Do not buy from them, really do not waist your time and money.

Do NOT buy anything from them. They are scammers!
