Stay away from these crooks. They are Chinese (no wonder they get a bad rap) and will take your money and maybe give you something else. DHGate is Chinese also so they will protect their own AND WILL NOT HELP YOU regardless of what they claim--talk is cheap. Not like they don't steal enough from use anyway.

Sometimes cheaper isn't better. The return process is so complicated and the return shipping fees are crazy -$55 to return a dress that weighed 1 1/2 pounds. I would think long and hard about it, in fact I will never use that site again.

Ida V: I don't anything about the vender themselves, but as far as DHGate! STAY AWAY from them. So since the vender is going through DHGATE again i say STAY AWAY. There have been so many complaints about wrong sizes on clothes, or it wasn't what the person ordered. The return policy is a real insult to customers. If you want to return something you'll have to pay for it. It will cost more than the item you bought. The other problem is that there is a good chance that if you have a problem the vender will most likely never respond and finally if there is a dispute to file and get it resolved by DHGATE forget it, they will 99.999% of the time side with the vender.

They will not give you what you paid for

These are sweat shops! It's horrible. I wish I would have never ordered from this company. Had I only known.

Well Ida I finally receive my refund from DHGate for the terrible dresses made for me. I will not do any business again with this company. The company is not the problem but it is the terrible sellers they have on their site that are ripping people off their money that is the problem. I have not received my $85 the returned postage money that was promised me. I have heared some good stories about Aliexpress from friends but DHG what you see is not what you get. If you are good in typing and staying up all night corresponding back and forth with this company Good Luck. My experience with this comp. I was 2 words Anger and Frustration. Could not talk with someone on the phone and was not able to use my dresses at the time I wanted to use it. Cost me double the original planned expenses that I intended to spend. I don't care for the question as SO MANY people have written about this company besides me who tell all to STAY AWAY. If you want to order you do not need me to tell you, but don't blame any of us if and when you loose your money. YOU read the reviews, just look at the rating of 1, what does that tell you. This site has many vendors under it, who knows how many, but I can't tell you your safe, YOU ARE NOT, and I don't believe you should believe the few that were lucky. For Gods Sake, do without the bags or maybe pay the price. Sorry. American Express went after them immediately and was able to debit them and credit me and I took it and ran. Keep running.

I haven't used this company, but if anything goes wrong don't rely on DH Gate guarantee, or their help to get a refund as they pay the supplier and then keep palming you off, even if you have a legitimate claim. I have had good trades with Alibaba

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE CHINESE. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY BOTH DHgate AND Ebay CHINESE SELLERS. Purchased a product that was not what was pictured, to return it, how about DHL to London from the west coast of USA. Buy AMERICAN OR DON'T BUY.
