Do gate is a horrible company to order from

Hi Logan, I also do not know what you mean by "edit." We are all frustrated buyers who are trying to warn others. I wish I know about this site before I bought from DHgate. I thought it was a great deal. All I got was a subpar outfit that is way small (nobody I know can wear), and my money is gone. So, how is that cheaper? I had to buy another outfit to wear to the wedding.

Like others say, watch your choices with international purchases. I received my products, some knock offs that lacked quality control. The price was right. Used a specific credit card for date only and the card had fraudulent charges on it within weeks. If you go for the deals, stay low price-what your willing to lose. The main thing I tell people's is use a prepaid cc to limit liability and heartache... good luck. Also I like to have the option to yell at some one local that can speak english;-)

Just as Silvana P stated why would any of us waste our time lying! Those of us who have been scammed by dhgate are trying to warn others not to fall prey to their tactics! Only a few of us have been able to get a refund from our banks/credit card. NO ONE HAS RECEIVED A REFUND FROM DHGATE WITHOUT THE BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY INTERVENING ON OUR BEHALF!

I don't understand your question because I don't know if "u" means me and who the hell is 'efit" - whoever you are you are obviously an uneducated man and obviously employed by DHGate - DHGate has obviously made a lot of business mistakes in their lifetime and they need to be advertised to the world what a corrupt business they are - you Logan seem a nice person but obviously don't know how to bring across your message - My story and other stories similar to mine are the truth - why would we bother to make them up and why would DHGate respond to our stories (obviously to show the world that they sympathise - but don't do anything about it behind closed doors) my last response from DHGate customer service was from their manager who informed me that I could not continue with my request and then made it impossible to send her a message but closing off reply mechanism. Quick Question to Logan K - do you work for DHGate? Very simple to answer - Your friend Silvana

I don't know anything about efit or what it is. If they are one of DHGate's suppliers, I can only tell you that DHGate definitely promises refunds and reimbursements and then doesn't give them. That's a scam.

The only one doing the scamming is DHgate. They are a corrupt company selling products that aren't as advertised and then not refunding even after the product has been returned, DHgate is the scammer.
