You have answered your own question twice. Does anyone have any experience buying from "welcome2009" you state you have emailed them yourself and no response, so you have experience and it is negative, You then go on to state that there is only 2 reviews, most likely the excellent review was written by the site and the other review is blank so it sounds like you are the person with the most experience with this seller.
So I think you should ask yourself "I am thinking about making a major important buying decision from a seller on a site that has at best a 43 percent approval, and the seller is not even responding to my emails, what is the likelihood that I am going to have a good buying experience based on what I know now?"
I think you will find the answer is quite easy. Avoid them at all costs, you are on this site so you are being responsible, so I am assuming that you have read some of the the horrible reviews, yet you still want to purchase as it is probably a great price, just remember If a deal sounds to good to be true...
I think you have all the information you need and I hope you have the good sense to not make a large important purchase from a site like this and in particular a seller that will not even respond to your questions, they can not be too busy with a total of 2 well actually 1 non review.

Agree with everyone here... DH Gate is a scam. Agree with Henry that they use "shills" to post false positive reviews. Agree with Jimmy that they advertise buyer protection, but they don't actually provide it (aka a scam of collusion between DH Gate and the sellers (which might be one in the same). And with David, if you can't get a response from them why would you give them any money. I would never again buy anything from them. My credit card company sided with me on the issue so I got my money back.

I would avoid any purchases that you cannot write off as a total loss. There's no actual buyer protection like PayPal or EBay based on US law--the shopping site is owned and administered in Asia, so you can't practically seek any legal remedies, beyond any protection that your credit card issuer provides.

Beware of them and anyone who is a part of there vendors list... They will rip you off and take your money and there is nothing you can do about it... BEWARE!

I read the bad reviews and took a chance. I purchased 64,256gb memory sticks $5ea. All were bad. DHgates told me to deal directly with the seller. They would not take the merchandise back unless I lied about the return reason and claimed I didn't need them. DHgates reads the return reasons. Don't deal with them. You would be better off digging up a diamond in you own back yard.

DHGate is a very, very unreliable, dishonest company. Only spend money there that you don't mind never seeing again, because that's what's likely to happen.

David t said it all. If the seller won't answer your emails you've got no chance.
As for certified diamonds? On DHgate? YEA! GOOD LUCK.
Not very likely, probably cubic zirconia

Please be aware that DHGate uses "shills" to post false positives. If you're willing to buy diamonds over the net, I have a bridge in San Francisco for sale you may be interested in, please forward all of your money to me, and I'll send you the title to the bridge... Henry
