STAY AWAY! Worst quality product, impossible to get ahold of to return products. Do not order from this site.

DH Gates has no idea or doesn't care about integrity of the companies under there umbrella. I purchased 256G memory sticks that were bad. DH Gates had me deal directly with those who sold me the product. The company that sold me the bad memory sticks did their best to hide the truth from DH Gates. With DH Gates turning their head the other way and not actively getting involved with the companies under there umbrella, I would not trust any who sells under the name of DH Gates. Amazonprom is another one to stay away from.

DON'T BUY FROM DH GATE! Light fixture (over $200.) arrived incomplete. Seller did nothing... dh gate did nothing. Months of going through the process of trying to get my money back. Would have cost me more to return it than it was worth! Finally gave up. NEVER BUY FROM

NOOOOO, DON'T BE DRAWN INTO THEIR WEB! They say all the right things, but do not deliver nor do they stand by their guarantees. They are rip-off artists at their best and you will never see the product nor your money again!

I had my credit card info stolen, and used, so I have not used them again. The product I received was a fake 256 G flash drive that only held 4 without bringing down the system.

They are a scam--completely worthless. You will not get what you paid for and will get something less. And there is no guarantee and they will NOT do ANYTHING to help you. Trust me. I know.

When things go wrong, as they do DH Gate do not give refunds, or if they do it takes for ever, I've waited for 15 months to get a refund for a damaged item that I paid to return, all I have is many promises, no refund. Buy at your own risk

I have shopped from these guys for years, yes, they don't have a relation with the sellers, but it's not that bad, if you are buying something, check the seller and the reviews. I have not been unhappy with the stuff I got from them. Yes, they are sometimes not the highest quality in the marked, but you should not be expecting that from what you pay.
The way they do the payment Is safe, the site takes your money and only gives it to the seller after you receive the item and click on the Complete Order button.
The service was not bad either, you chat with them and they try to help, I can't really say they were bad, in the one case I had, it was the seller giving me hard time and the site refunded my money, I was just unhappy that I didn't get what I ordered.
Oh, and read the dimensions, some items look bigger in the pics, but the dimensions are accurate.
