I didn't have a problem with the site. I just had and still have a problem with the company.

Depends on whom you deal with ho for a seller with lots of positive feedback or younwil find it hard to get questions answered so on hope I was some help

Marisa, in my experience these people are all thieves. That is not an exaggeration. The ONLY reviews that are positive are of two kinds, please learn the definition of "syntax" then read the positive reviews, you'll see the writers are either Chinese or professional review writers, i. E. the review is under 20 words, never lists an order # or date.
I had money stolen by the Chinese thieves, and in my review, I list the date, the time, my order #, Any review I've ever found that listed date time and order # were ALL negative. The devil is in the details, beware, Henry

My experience was terrible but I did get the lulu lemon leggings and they were great and price was excellent. However because they're sent epacket from China you cannot track and took 3 months to reach me!

We have bought many things through DHGate, all were OK untill there is an issue ( something goes wrong) thats when the problems start very hard to get anything resolved, usually takes three months. The wife has bought around twenty different handbags, all were good quality

Don't do it, they will screw you over like no other. YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY!

If you buy here, you do so knowing that so many others were scammed, got defective items, were not able to return them or, in my case, were assured their return postage and the value of the item would be reimbursed, and they were not.

Save your $$ and hassle. This is the good spot to receive low quality merchandise and worser customer service.

They send the wrong merchandise and then won't honour their customer service quality guarantee. Don't use them if you have another choice! They will never have my money again, EVER!
