In a nutshell - DO NOT DO IT! Again I concur that if you want to contact manufacturers or their agents in China look at Alibaba - see reasons in other posts.
Check out 'Made in China' also but I cannot make any guarantees for this site though.
To confirm, I did in the early days do a bit through DHgate but once they stopped utilising PayPal - that was the end for me. Had one problem and absolutely not customer back-up at all!

When you order with DHGATE, it's not from the manufacture, just a vender that sell through them just like EBAY. You are taking a very big chance ordering through DHGATE and their venders. Pretty much a 99% chance you will have a problem with the units you're buying and 100% of no customer satisfaction

If you want to take your chances with DH Gates, you are actually purchasing from the manufacture. DH Gates washes there hands of all responsibility. If you are (very lucky X 100) you might get what you want. Los Vegas or the lottery is a much better gamble. As Josh said, try Alibaba. I have made only one purchase from them with good results.

Honestly i wouldnt bother with DHGate, they offer no protection at all, period! I would use alibaba instead who offers payment via paypal, who in turn offers protection for buyers. DH Gate use to offer paypal until alot of claims were made through paypal and buyers got the protection they deserved... and quite rightly so.
Honestly take my advice here, as you are ordering electronic goods... China + Electronic goods = alot of faulty goods. Not to say you wont receive some good items, but best ordering from alibaba where you will get paypal protection.
