Hi recently ordered from dhgate with my debit card. They deducted the money from my account, but are keeping my transaction in a "pending payment conformation." Now they are asking me so send a card authorization from or they will cancel my transaction, They want a front and back picture of my debit card. Is this safe? Has anyone had to do this with dhgate before?

I recently purchased from dhgate and paid for $248. And the next day i checked my bank account it was deducted $248 $54 and $76 to dhgate. That means dhgate took $54 and $76 extra. I keep contacting them and show them the proof EVERYDAY. But they are not helping at all. Wasting time. They ask me about my card number and my authoriztion number without a doubt i gave them. I so stupid. Never trust this company

They don't need that for a standard transaction. I would not give them that information.
