Hi, I have already sorted my problem and wish to thank Dhgate even though I did all the work. Why is Dhgate not looking at these companies to see if the consumers are receiving what they ordered. Thes companies are putting up photos of items that aren't even close to the product and then its our job to sort it out with these companies. If they make a mistake then take the company off your list until they start being honest.

Looking at all the people who have been done by these companies under the dhate umbrella, I don't think many people would be dealing with them anymore. I agree with Stuart, pay with either visa or Amex and if it doesn't sort out within a certain timeframe, then just demand a refund from the card companies. These card companies only guarantee for 3months so you need to work within those space.

I do all my charges with American Express, and when something goes wrong and I can't get an answer from the vendor, then I call American Express and they step in and take charge and things seem to work out fine. Start viewing SiteJabber about companies and go from there ALWAYS.

Everything said is is true and 100% correct regarding DHG, especially if the period passes where they wish to be involved. I purchased a USB drive o behalf of a volunteer rural fire brigade and contacted the supplier when the drive failed well within the stated warranty period. After many attempts to make contact with the supplier, he eventually supplied an address and contact phone number for me to return the drive for replacement. This was completed via Australia International Registered Post back 11/03/2014. Since then absolutely no contact with seller Jiang666. No response to DHgate message system and supplied number always 'switch off'.
Contacted DHgate on many occasions regarding issue but to absolutely no avail. Just not interested in after sales service or customer satisfaction.

I agree wholeheartedly that if DHG followed through with excellent customer service, their business would exponentially grow and become a massive enterprise. My only conclusion is they that do not want the work and expansions costs associated with such rapid growth.

Obviously, by all these reviews, DHG is only interested in making their money through one time transactions. They are not interested in customer care, satisfaction, or long time loyalty. I've research this company on different internet sites and rarely have read positive reviews.

Hi Robert, In my original review I said the same thing about DhGates. They should be looking at the customers responses. The company that I was dealing with would not accept my response that the product was defective. Then they told me to write "that I no longer needed the product" and that they would accept that answer even though it was a lie. I think that if it was defective, DhGates would have seen my response, so they had me lie to conceal the truth from DhGates. From what I understand, all companies that send products to another country need an export license. By using DhGates as an umbrella, a company can sell to another country without getting the license, even companies that should not be exporting there trash. Right or wrong, that is my understanding. FYI, away from AmazonProm, they are worse than DhGates. Thanks from Sandy

I fully agree with all comments. My wife and I shop online all the time and have never had such a problem like this with anyone before DH Gate. They sent us the wrong product and now three months later I am still fighting for my refund even though the item has been confirmed returned. How hard is it to refund back to a visa? They keep telling me to check with my card issuer and bank which we have done several times. DH Gate are a joke and I will never use them again and never recommend to anyone!

DH Gate would not even honor my claim, I had to handle it through the credit card company. Will NEVER purchase through DHGate again.

There is no way to be sure one of DHGate's suppliers are honest. DHGate really doesn't seem to care. When i recieved my incomplete fixture i talked to many of their service staff... many times. For months. Nothing was done. The supplier wouldn't do a thing for me. The only thing you can do is not use DHGgate at all. I lost almost $300.00. I will never take another chance by ordering from DHGate! They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

You are right they should. Sometimes they actually do but it seems rare. I hope the problem is they do not have enough staff to look into these things. I think the reality is they just do not care. I is a shame because if they worked hard for the customer they would have twice the sales.
