Hi Cary!

Thank you for getting in touch. All your payment information are safe on the site and they are also secured. Once you pay for your order, DHgate holds your money until you get your items and satisfied with it. You are also the one who has the option to complete your order for the payment to be released to the seller.

In the case that you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can open a dispute for your order and request for a full refund and return the item.

If you have any other question, please do not hesitate to contact us through the following link: http://www.dhgate.com/contact/contactUs.do?from=nav_menu&ntalker=1
Or send email to: [email protected]

I don't know about the jeezeys BUT BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT ORDERING FROM DHGATE. They and there supplier (mtled8) will NOT give you a refund for RETURNED defective product. They will give you every excuse in the book, drag out the excuses for 3 months and then tell you that the supplier did not receive the goods EVEN THOUGH THE TRACKING NUMER OF THE RETURNED ITEM STATES THAT BOTH THE ADDRESS, DATE AND TIME OF THE RETURN. There supplier (mtled8) is nothing more that a scam artist.

"Escrow is a fundamental part of DHgates Buyer Protection program. The way it works is simple. When you place an order, your money is paid to DHgate and held by us in our secure bank account. The seller then processes your order and dispatches your products to you. After receiving your order, you confirm you are satisfied with your products and notify DHgate.

The ability to hold your payment from the seller in a secure escrow account and until your order is successful delivered is very important for a number of reasons, including:

Your payment information is given only to DHgate and never to your seller
Your money is held safely by DHgate until your order arrival is confirmed
Your seller is serious about completing your order and cannot run off with your money
Your seller is incentivized to fulfill your order efficiently in order to receive payment sooner
You have leverage when opening a dispute or requesting a refund should you be unhappy with your received products"
