I would not trust DH Gate. The trouble is they have many sellers under their umbrella and no control over them. When there is a problem you have to go through an elaborate process and file a claim and they are supposed to contact seller and get them to work it out with you. Most sellers are chinese and speak little english. I could not correspond with my seller, they kept sending back emails to my questions like "seller loves helpful hope ok"! I would not risk it even though prices are great.

After my awful experience: LOST ALMOST $300: i do not believe the positive messages are from real customers. I think DHGate has these
"good" reports put on by non-customers. Save yourself money and frustration and don't buy from DHGate. Buy a used wedding dress... have someone make your wedding dress. Do anything. Just don't buy from
DHGate.

I wouldn't order from them, the sellers can be liers, don't have the item, make fake tracking numbers. If you pay it takes many threats to the seller to get your money back.

DHgates is an umbrella company. The smaller companies that sell through DHgates sidestep the FTC (federal trade commission). The FTC would not allow these smaller companies to trade with the USA except they do it through DHgates. Unlike USA companies, if anything goes wrong, DHgates will refer you to the company that was under there umbrella. Good luck dealing with them because they are not bound by the FTC. I purchased 64 256g memory sticks. I handed a few out and then started to test them. They were all bad. I had to collect them, apologize and give a refund. You won't get that from DHgates. I was lucky and after 3 months I got my money back. Amazonprom is another one to stay away from, a similar situation. We were lucky, BofA went after them. They would not accept credit but want debit. Don't deal with anyone that won't take a secure method of payment, always use a credit card.
I don't think DHgates or E-Fit is going to look for your questions here (or anywhere) so posting a question directed at them will serve no purpose.
I know nothing about e-fit except the people on there home page look great.

DHgate its TOXIC they will screw you like no other. Stay away from them they stole 250.00 from me they are thieves and can not be trusted

Do not trust DH Gate or any of the vendors. Like one person said they are strictly on line. They promise you the moon when it comes to customer service, but trust me if you return it you will have to pay for it, there is a 99% chance you will not get a refund, and a 99% chance of you either one not getting the dress you asked for, and the other not your size. Do the smart thing this is your wedding so don't cheat yourself.

I would not trust DH gate. Not only did I get the wrong size, it did not look as advertised. They use pictures and images from professional websites, but that is not what you are getting. You are getting what they decide to give you. I would not buy from DHgate again. I wish I knew that before I lost my money.
