I wouldn't order from DHGate never received my orders from 2 different sellers. Read reviews on the web they mostly talk of scam!

Don't waste your money. They are only online... unless you plane to travel to China. If you can afford that, then just buy a dress from Norstrom or any high end store in the USA as your satisfaction is guaranteed. They will take your money, and you will get a cheap product not your size, and nothing like the picture they post. Don't waste your hard earned money. It's a scam.

Linda, I wish I found this website & it's reviews BEFORE I made a purchase with Dhgate. I did Google dhgate, I found a few bad reviews on electronics, but other reviews suggested choosing a seller with a high rating & good reviews... WRONG
Don't let how beautiful the dress looks & the cheap price entice you to buy. Don't let dhgate's return policy fool you & don't let the seller's reviews fool you. I chose PerfectOnline who had high reviews & offered free return shipping, but I was sent a damaged dress. The seller & dhgate mediator tried to convince me to pay for return shipping & once received by seller I would get a refund of purchase & shipping. I tried working with them for over 15 days, but realized I was not getting a refund. Thankfully I used my bank debit card for purchase & I filed a complaint with them. My bank secured my refund within 10 days & dhgate cancelled my order so I cannot leave an honest review on the seller's website.

It's all on line. Do not buy from this company. I promise you you will be disappointed. The quality is bad.

Don't waste your time or money; the pictures always look better than the real thing. AND if you're not satisfied, there is no money back guarantee. Still waiting for my $US150 refund from February 2014. Stay away from DHGate, no worth the expense/grief.

No local stores. They are a rip off the original designer clothing. Basically it's like buying a Gucci purse on the streets of paris for $10 dollars. You can see the BAD quality once you get it, but then it's too late it because cost of shipping is three times the cost of the dress. Basically you are forced to keep it because you won't pay $300 to get $100 back.

No, they do not have a "local" store or outlet where you can try on clothing. They are out if China. Do NOT buy anything from them! Trust me. Unless your purchase fits perfectly and you aren't going to return it, don't buy from them as you will never get your money back. This is the honest truth.

I lost almost $300. With DH Gate. They say all the right things. BUT THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES. Stay away from them.
