It took over a month and a half. And that was only after I called their customer service line and they told me that I needed to threaten to cancel the order for them to expedite it. I hated the dress. It looked nothing like what they had pictured. I would not recommend ordering from them

Shipping took a very long time. If I remember correctly it was three weeks or so

If they do not say that it is not in Stock after you pay for the itwm, it should take about 20 to 30 days.
It may take them two weeks before they let you know it's not in Stock.

I don't know about the other answers but i got my shoes in less than a week (6 days)

Mine took about 3 weeks, but was wrong color. So much hassle to return, ended up keeping it at a greatly reduced price (they credited me).

The shipping was promt (on time) but the dress was nothing like the pictures add. It was very poor quality more like a Halloween costume and I could not get a refund it was impossible to talk to anybody. Once I finally got a hold of customer service I was promised a full refund after submitted my pictures and claim however six months later still no refund! Horrible site!

It also depends on where the store is in china, remember you are not buying from DHGate but from an independent store THROUGH DHGATE.
In fairness, we have bought many, many things through DHGate and nearly all of them were ok. Only two items never arrived and it took three months and countless emails to finally get a refund.
Shipping varies greatly some times quick, some times very slow.

A very long time. Probably about 2 months if it actually ever does turn up

A week and couple daya

It took my item 54 days. It arrived after my event even with a written promise from the seller that it would arrive in time. The dispute process took another many collective hours of my life that ended up in them basically telling me, "too bad." I will never purchase from this business again.
