I've been placing order from them for about a year, and since I live near their showroom, I go there to shop as well. They just expanded their showroom and website warehouse. Imagine a 10,000 sqft showroom filled with costume jewelries. Thats what they exactly have. Their website helps me to see what new items they have for each day, but I don't get to purchase some of them because they sell out so quick. I guess that's the only problem I have with them.

They're grimey. They charged me for all of my merchandise, sent back an email saying that they couldn't complete my order where my total only came out to be $30 when it was originally $60. They never refunded back the difference. He said his name was Walter, left 2 phone number and to no surprise no one answers any of the phone numbers. I emailed them, still no response. When you go to check out, an error message pops up saying to hit the back button. This will result in 2 payments being processed even though the first transaction went through. They're products are of really bad quality and customer service is non exsistant.
